Building Reports:
* Barnum Woods: 1. Debra Harley is a math consultant now that she is retired., Math packets? Pacing calendar? Review before the winter break and spiral test right after the break? 2. Academies: For Math, there are slides already done and shared with the teachers that are teaching the academy class but for ELA, you’re on your own. There are no slides or even a workbook to use as a resource for teaching the students. Why?
* Bowling Greene: Observations: Classroom teachers and TA’s observed at different times and different days. For ICT classes, there are two admin at the same time. will remind administrators that TA should not be doing other lessons
* McVey: 1. CBT: set-up/administering the test for special ed students and accommodations and no directive. 2. Problems and issues happening during arrival times in the morning leading to safety and security issues
* Meadowbrook: No report
* Parkway: No report
* Woodland: No report
* Clarke MS: No report
* EMHS: No report
* Clarke HS: Following up on last meeting Founder’s Day questions regarding the nominees and procedures. James brought it up to central administration and they all shook their heads, agreeing that it doesn't look good if nominees are not both parents, teachers or staff.

Health and Safety:
-Following up with heating systems. Freezing and below freezing temperatures lately causing problems in buildings and classrooms. The buildings are old and the systems are new so some rooms are very cold while others are hot. Classes had to be relocated because of the cold temperatures. Some classrooms are getting portable heaters.

-Interview process for different positions
-Rosner said that the district is looking at anything extra you are responsible for in case the district gets audited. Make sure to have accurate times, attendance records and any coursework you’ve completed readily available. For example, if a course is running after school from 3:30-5:30pm, make sure to be there for the full two hours and everyone who signed up is present.
-3/6/26- Albany- Tier 6. James will see if anyone is interested and can attend
-Spinnato- “Datamate will stay. We are not getting another platform for testing. It is a slow roll-out” Therefore, “all access” is not available yet but will be hopefully soon.
